They can also be fabricated as small as 12 x 12 for applications where only a small opening has to be covered.
Rugged Roller Shade Guard Construction
Roller Assembly Each roller contains a spring assembly which takes up the slack and keeps the material tight as the moving part retracts. This ensures that the material will not become tangled in the machine which could potentially damage components or allow access into dangerous areas.
Flat Steel Bar Mount At the end of each of the roller shade covers is a flat steel bar that is inside of a sleeve. This flat bar allows you to drill holes into it and bolt it to the machine. Once bolted, the roller shade guarding will not come undone.
High Duty Cycle Applications where a machine cycles over a hundred times an hour requires a roller shade guard which will withstand the heavy use. Our line of roller shade covers are made of high quality components which will not breakdown due to this excessive use.
