Our skirts are designed to protect both the operator, from injury, and the internal mechanisms of the lift, from dust and debris. They are constructed of a heavy duty vinyl, which is attached by either bolts or a Velcro attachment.

Stitched – Lift Table Skirt

The most common type of table skirting and the most economical.

• Heavy Duty Vinyl – Constructed from industrial strength 22 oz Vinyl, which is fabricated to endure the harshest industrial environments.

• Bolt on Mounting – Each scissor lift table skirt can come equipped with a steel flat bar attachment, which will hold the lift table skirt firmly in place for years of up and down movement. We use a 1" x 1/8" flat bar aluminum plate with drill point tek screws.

• Color Combinations – You can choose from several color configurations, ranging from the standard black and yellow colors, to all yellow, all black, or any other color that you require.

• Stiffening Wires – Your scissor lift table skirt can come equipped with steel wire inserts, which allow larger skirts to hold their shape and prevent sagging.

• Skirt Fold Lengths – Choose between 3”, 2.5”, 2”, or 1.5” folds.

Non-Stitch PVC – Lift Table Skirt

More aesthetically pleasing appearance compared to stitched skirts. This skirt is a little more expensive, due to its stiff construction. It is ideal for food processing plants, clean rooms, and showrooms.

• Rigid Folds – PVC stiffeners are bonded into each fold of the skirt which provides a clean look and rugged construction.

• Skirt Fold Lengths – Choose between 3.5”, 2”, 1.5” or 1” folds.

• Color Combinations – Choose from solid colors such as all yellow, all black or several other non-standard colors.

• Mounting Options – This scissor lift table skirt is bolted on.

Washdown / Medical – Lift Table Skirt

This bellows is an ideal cover for medical tables, dental chairs, imaging tables, and industrial washdown applications. Its clean appearance also makes it ideal for showroom lifts.

• Wire Frames – The bellows is held together will large wire frames.

• Material Options – Choose from anti-microbial material vinyl, 18oz vinyl, or material that meets UL burn standards.

• Movement – This guard is also ideal for the full ranges of movements. It can handle side-to-side movement as well as shear-type movements.

Roll Up – Lift Table Skirt

Best utilized when only one side of a lift table or machine needs to be covered.

• Heavy Duty Material – Choose from Neoprene/Nylon, vinyl coated polyester, and Teflon/Kevlar.

• High Duty Cycle – Can withstand hundreds of cycles per hour.

• Mounting Options – A flat steel bar is located at the end of the fabric which bolts to the lift table.

• Spring Loaded – The spring assembly keeps the material tight and prevents sagging.

Performance Benefits

All of our scissor lift tables skirts can be equipped with maintenance straps, that hold the skirt in the raised position. This allows for easy installation and maintenance on the lift, when in the raised position. These straps feature a snap together design, which is fast, efficient, and reliable.

Our lift table skirts are also designed with industrial strength vinyl, which better resists tearing and ripping. Our popular stitched skirts use 22 oz. flame retardant vinyl coated polyester, sewn with size 138 polyester thread. The coated vinyl will out perform laminated vinyl because of its ability to endure constant flexing.

These skirts will hold up to the rigors of high duty cycling and debris filled environments. The thick vinyl will also provide a longer life, than some of our competitors, who utilize a thinner 18oz vinyl material.

Vent panels can also be included as part of the skirts features. These panels provide the scissor lift table skirt with the proper ventilation, as the lift raises upward, through its stroke. The vent panels will prevent the bellows from creating a suction, thus deforming the skirt, as it expands.
