The Apron Roll Up Guard Covers are ideal for the following applications:

The roll up apron covers are designed per your specifications and needs. They are constructed with aluminum strips that are hinged together to allow the roll up guard to be flexible.

Like our  spring roll up guards, these guards can also have a spring assembly to take up the slack.

SB500– Roll Up Guard

Overview – Lamella style cover which is a very flexible guard. Well suited for protection from swarf and flying work debris. Very well adapted to extreme working conditions.

  • High Volume – Will handle large volumes of swarf.

  • Heavy Construction – The carrier material is constructed from high-tensile polyester fabric, that is coated with polyester on both sides. It also features an aluminum coated material which will endure high heat sources.

  • Resistance – Very resistant to oils, grease, cooling agents, hot swarf. (contact temperature of up
    to +300°C)

  • Other Features – Very small roll up radius, saves space, and is easy to install.

SB600– Roll Up Guard

Overview – This apron roll up guard is very light an very flexible. This cover works well for applications where there is not a permanent exposure to hot swarf/material.

  • Heavy Construction – Constructed from anodized aluminum and polyurethane hinges.

  • Resistance – Great for protection where temperatures are not consistently hot.

  • Other Features – The tight configuration prevents swarf from damaging the hinges. Modular design allows for the apron guard to be lengthened or shortened on-site.

SB700– Roll Up Guard

Overview – This heavy duty apron roll up guard can handle almost any application. It offers stable and flexible guarding and has special hinging that resists dirt from entering.

  • Heavy Construction – Constructed from anodized aluminum which resists corrosion and has a higher strain resistance.

  • Resistance – Ideal for applications where there will be consistently high ambient temperatures.

  • Other Features – Does not require side-guides, modular design allows for lengthening or shortening on-site.
